WE WANT YOU- Join us at Sea Otter Europe 2024

We are hiring an intern or freelance marketing for the upcoming Sea Otter Europe 2024! This exciting opportunity is part-time from 19-22nd September 2024, and we're looking for one person based in or around Girona, Spain. Date: 19th-22nd September

Working Hour: 30 hours

19th Sep (Thur) 11am- 2 pm 
20th Sep (Fri)  11:30am– 7:30 pm
21st Sep (Sat)   8:30am– 7:30 pm
22nd Sep (Sun)   8:30am– 16:30 pm 

Pay:  €19 - 24 an hour    
Job Type:  Freelance or Intern

 About the job.

  • Assist in the setup and dismantling of exhibition booths, displays, and signage.
  • Support us with the setup requirements and address on-site issues or concerns.
  • Ensure proper organization and maintenance of exhibition materials and equipment.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by warmly welcoming and assisting exhibition attendees.
  • Help manage visitor flow, answer inquiries, and provide event information.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure smooth operations during the exhibition.
  • Assist in coordinating logistics, including inventory management and transportation arrangements.
  • Maintain cleanliness and ensure the safety of the exhibition area.
  • Provide general administrative support as required. (ex. order and collect lunch)

Skills & experiences required.

  • Fluent English is a requirement, Bilingual a plus (English/Spanish)
  • A positive and proactive attitude with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions attentively.
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Capability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize workload in a dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility to work irregular hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Physical stamina and ability to perform manual work, including lifting and moving exhibition materials.
  • Proficiency in basic office software and technology.
  • A strong commitment to professionalism and delivering high-quality service.
